SHIPPING & PROCESSING POLICY

 

For handmade garments, jackets, bags & accessories

 

 

Processing Time

Because every piece is handmade with care:

  • Ready-to-ship items: 3–5 business days
  • Made-to-order items: 7–14 business days
  • Custom designs: 3–24 weeks depending on details

Processing time is how long it takes to create and prepare your order before it ships.

Shipping Time

 

Once shipped:

  • U.S. shipping: 2–5 business days
  • Tracking numbers are emailed once the package is scanned by the carrier.

Shipping time is separate from processing time.

Shipping Address

Please make sure your address is correct before checking out.

I am not responsible for:

  • Packages shipped to the wrong address entered by the customer
  • Packages returned due to an incorrect address
  • Re-shipping fees for returned packages (customer is responsible)

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once I hand your order to USPS/UPS, it is no longer in my control.

I am not responsible for:

  • Lost packages
  • Stolen packages
  • Packages marked “delivered” but not received
  • Packages damaged in transit

If any of these occur, you must file a claim directly with the carrier.

If you would like shipping insurance or package protection added, please contact me before ordering.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.

Free shipping promotions may apply during select periods.

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Made-to-order and custom items cannot be canceled once production has started.
