✔️ If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me at Starlettragin1@gmail.com within 3 days for a replacement or fix. 

REFUNDS: 

❌ We do not offer refunds on handmade orders. 
✔️ Refunds may be approved only if item cannot be remade or repaired. 

CUSTOM ORDERS:

Absolutely NO REFUNDS/RETURNS on custom or made to measure pieces.

HANDMADE ITEM DISCLAIMER 

Because each item is handmade, slight variations in color, stitching, texture, and pattern placement are normal and part of the unique character of your piece. No two items will ever be exactly the same.

Please allow for minor differences from product photos due to the nature of handcrafted work and differences in screen display settings. These variations do not qualify as defects.
